Create Your First Assistant

Welcome to EchoParrot! This guide walks you through creating your first AI assistant in minutes.

Step 1: Access the Dashboard

Log in to your EchoParrot account and navigate to the Dashboard.

Step 2: Click "New Assistant"

From the Dashboard, click the + New Assistant button in the top-right corner.

Step 3: Configure Your Assistant

Fill in the following details:

  • Name – Give your assistant a unique name (e.g., "Sales Bot")
  • Language – Choose the language your assistant will speak
  • Voice – Select a voice from the library or clone your own
  • Persona – Define how your assistant should behave and respond

Step 4: Set Up Your Script

Define the call script your assistant will follow:

  1. Write an opening greeting
  2. Add conversation branches for common customer responses
  3. Define fallback responses for unrecognized input
  4. Set a closing message

Step 5: Test Your Assistant

Click Test Call to hear your assistant in action before going live. Adjust the script and voice settings as needed.

Step 6: Activate

Once satisfied, click Activate to make your assistant live. You can always pause or edit it from the Dashboard.

Tip: Start with a simple script and iterate. You can always add complexity later.
